“The name of life is struggle”
Today I am reading about Indian entrepreneurs, I realize that all successful entrepreneurs like - Sunil Bhari Mittal, Rattan Tata, Vijay Mallya, Azim Peremji, Nandan Nilkani become big brand in India after so much hard work and struggle. This is not easy to set an empire, but more hard to run it. Every entrepreneur faced so many struggles in their early stage, if we take an example of kumar Mangalam Birla when he takeover his family business it was 8000 and now it’s worth more than 30000 crore so this is not by family business, it’s by hard work by a man called kumar Magalam Birla. After reading about all business icons I found one thing common that is, passion and values no matter what about they passionate about. I do not have so much word about these great entrepreneur but I will say that they are not successful because they was resource they successful because of passion they had.

How business model works?
This is the question I always think about it, but still I do not have correct answer but I have a view on that because every country have their own strength and weakness like in western country retailers have more power and in Asian countries power in hand of producer because we have unorganized market. Another basic thing generally people not accept new thing easily they accepted new innovative thing in old product like LCD TV, every company work for profit but successful business model is work for change provide different for consumers, something unique facility which other do not have but after this question will come how? So answer is simple and implication is so hard knowing your consumers deeply. If I say I have not seen so much new product in market I only seen change in old product by innovation and value chain (how deliver product to consumer). At last I will say that working for your product but product and service only for consumer which make them comfort and happiness and regular change in that. (Disneyland is one of the best examples of BM).

LIC-It can be the Strategic Move?
I read a news before few days that LIC looking for bank license, I were really happy after reading this because it will provide lot of benefit and choice to the consumers and competition to the market means services will increase. Many people can argue on that, why LIC in coming in banking business? My answer is many bank come in the insurance business so why LIC not in banking business. LIC is the company that has very hard trust in the market and very good % share in the banking sector like in corporation bank 26%. So when LIC will come in banking field that time new time will start for banking sector LIC will hold market and it will reach to rural India, so country will more grow and new opportunities will come.

“WAR OF CARS”
In auto expo 2010 is going on and this year auto expo is different because from now, car war will increase in India and market will become more flexible for Indian consumers, especially for middle class. In auto expo 2010 many companies had launch their small car and pricing is also attractive but some of them not disclose their price but if they want to space in market, they have to do good pricing. This year TATA -ARIA, Maruti-Eeco and R 3 (R 3is concept car),Toyota-Prius, Honda, Toyeta Fine-S, General Motors Beat, Volkswagen Polo, many small cars have launch and come in market within one year and by this move small car market will become more competitive and for consumer will become more flexible from choice part weather it is design or price. This year is also different because in India Maruti and Tata is only companies has good market share in small cars because most of other companies were not is this segment before, but this year GM, Toyota and big name has come this segment . this is the new time for all companies and consumers so be ready.
